Level Up Assisted Living Facility

Level Up is a 6-bed facility, licensed by AHCA, owned and operated by a RN-US Army Veteran of the Gulf War. The facility was built in 2018, using the most current in ALF guidelines for the safety and security of you or your loved ones. Level Up is not your average ALF in that it is an exclusive facility that provides individualized plans of care for each Residential Client. All Residents are interviewed for appropriateness to the home and provided an invitation. Level Up didn’t happen by accident, this was a need observed in the community by a 20 year Veteran RN; who said “there has to be a better way!” Level Up was born of necessity, but will succeed because it will continue to raise the bar for Senior Residential care.
